- In 1997, after doing 35 years in the field as PI, bounty hunter & EP agent, I opened my international business so I could still make a living when I was too old to be in the street every day. I started using my contacts to set up investigations worldwide for insurance adjusters, legal process servers and other PIs. Mostly other PIs. By now I have already vetted PIs on the ground in the major cities of all large countries and many smaller ones.
Most of my business is getting work done in other countries for PIs who do not have time to research foreign markets and find a reliable agent for a single case. I do a volume business with these sub-contractors, get a better price because of this & I pass the savings on to my clients. I will often sell the services of a PI for a lower rate than he would charge you directly due to this volume. Clients can pay me in by check in US dollars or British Pounds Sterling and I will pay the overseas investigator in their currency from my bank in Hong Kong, saving clients the wire transfer fees.
In 2004, I was voted "Most Outstanding International Investigator of the Year" by the World Association of Professional Investigators (WAPI) in London England at the 4th European Detective Congress. It was the first time that this association had presented this award.

So I am looking forward to get going with Skip Tracing, Locates, Services of Process, and Investigations. Unfortunately I need help getting back in the groove again, so I am humbly asking for any assistants you can offer. If you can give me leads to other PI's that I could work with. I have alot of medical bills to catch up to ,, but I know that everything will be fine and we will be back on our feet soon.
