Plagerism is a very serious matter, you need to deal with this right away......

Someone has plagerized training materials produced by me in 2004, inserted company logo of VIP Protection, a company owned and operated by Marc Sand, on the internet in pdf format. Mr Sand claims it was not him, although I find it hard to believe someone would plagerize another persons work and implicate him, the third party. I have intitiated legal action against Mr Sand here in Canada and would want to warn anyone intending on using his services of the possible ramifications. Also, if there are other agencies or persons whom have similar claim against Mr Marc Sand of Sand Executive Services, I would invite you to contact and join us in filing suit here in Canada, as well as the UK. I have contacted the SIA in the UK and informed them of the situation as well.
